Exclusive Algarve Villas - Celebration of 20th Anniversary

On 17 September 2026, we celebrated a very special occasion: 20 years of Exclusive Algarve Villas. It was a lovely evening with clients, friends, business partners and people who have been part of our journey over the years.

The celebration took place at our Lagoa office, where it all started back in 2006. There was good food, drinks, music and, most importantly, plenty of time to catch up and celebrate together.

Over the past 20 years, we have helped people from all over the world to buy and sell property in the Algarve.

From our first office in Lagoa, Exclusive Algarve Villas has grown to have offices in Lagoa, Lagos and Vilamoura. During this time, we have seen the Algarve property market change and grow, while working with buyers looking for everything from a holiday home to a permanent home, as well as owners looking to sell their property in the Algarve.

But for us, it has always been about more than just property. It is about the people we meet, the relationships we build and helping our clients through what can be a very important decision.
