Tania is based in our Vilamoura office and manages administrative operations across the business. She is often the first person clients speak to when they call.

She assists with documentation, coordination, and general enquiries. Her role supports the wider Exclusive Algarve Villas team, ensuring the process remains organised and efficient.

Tania is available during office hours and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Rebecca works with international clients across Algarve and brings a global perspective. She has lived and worked in Asia, the United States, and Europe.

As part of our multilingual real estate agents Algarve, she understands how different buyers approach the process of purchasing property abroad.

Rebecca is known for her attention to detail and her commitment to finding the right property, even when the search takes time.

Melanie purchased her first property in Portugal in 1998 and moved permanently to Algarve in 2005. Her personal experience gives her a clear understanding of what international buyers go through.

She has worked across several industries, including business development, hospitality, and property. Her real estate career began in 2010, covering areas from Tavira to Burgau.

Her approach is practical and steady, with a focus on long-term outcomes.

Born in Portugal and having lived abroad for over 17 years, mainly in Norway, Mauro brings an international perspective and a strong client-focused approach to the Algarve property market. His background in real estate, business management and international relations allows him to understand the expectations of buyers and sellers from different cultures and backgrounds.

Passionate about the Algarve lifestyle, Mauro specialises in helping clients discover exceptional properties while providing a professional, transparent and personalised service throughout the entire buying or selling process. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with additional knowledge of French, Norwegian and Spanish, he is dedicated to building long-term relationships based on trust and results

Jackie was born in London and moved to Vilamoura over 25 years ago. Her career has included aviation, retail, and recruitment before moving into real estate.

She has been working in property for around a decade and has built strong relationships with clients over that time.

Jackie considers Algarve her home and has a strong understanding of the local lifestyle.

Melissa has worked in Lagos real estate for nearly 15 years. She has an English and Portuguese background, having lived in Lisbon and the UK before settling in Algarve over 20 years ago.

As part of our luxury property specialists Lagos, she has strong knowledge of the local market, including neighbourhood dynamics, pricing trends, and buyer expectations.

Melissa is direct and practical in her approach. She understands both the lifestyle and investment aspects of property in Lagos and works closely with clients to find suitable options.

Ana has lived in Algarve for around 40 years and has spent more than 20 years working in real estate. Her knowledge of Western Algarve is detailed and experience based.

She is known for her patient and balanced approach. She listens carefully and focuses on matching each client with the right property rather than pushing quick decisions.

Ana speaks Portuguese, English, and French, with some Spanish.

Carolina was born and raised in Algarve and grew up in Lagos. Her local perspective helps her guide buyers through the search process with clarity.

She joined the Exclusive Algarve Villas team to build her career in real estate and continues to develop her knowledge of the market.

Carolina enjoys working with clients from different backgrounds and helping them settle in the area.
