The role

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end properties while building strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients. You'll guide buyers and sellers through the full process, from first enquiry to deed signing.

Property listings

• —Identify potential listings and match them to active clients.
• —Valuate and recognise quality properties for a luxury portfolio.
• —Use local knowledge and network events to reach vendors and secure new listings.

Property sales

• —Handle leads swiftly — maximum 12-hour reply time, any day of the week.
• —Qualify clients, organise viewings, transport, and buyer support.
• —Negotiate, follow through with surveys and lawyers, and close deals.

Admin & marketing

• —Prepare mediation contracts, KYC forms, and promissory contracts.
• —Keep the CRM updated and organise professional photo and video shoots.
• —Host open houses for team members and partner agencies.

Requirements

• —Fluent English; strong written and spoken Portuguese for contracts and documentation.
• —Minimum 1 year of real estate experience and solid local market knowledge.
• —Valid Portuguese driver's licence and your own vehicle.
