20 Years of Exclusive Algarve Villas: You’re invited

This year, Exclusive Algarve Villas is celebrating its 20th anniversary. We are proud of helping people buy and sell properties in the Central and Western Algarve now for two decades, ranging from exceptional homes, to high-quality apartments and prime plots. 

We would like to thank all our clients and partners who have made this accomplishment possible and, to mark this milestone, we are holding a celebratory event at our office in Lagoa, and we would love you to join us.

How it started

Exclusive Algarve Villas was established in 2006, born out of the shared passion of its founders, Bart Van Linden and Marcela Boturão, to provide a local and highly personalised service that ensures selling or buying a home in the Algarve is a straightforward and hassle-free process. Today, the company has three offices, in Lagos, Lagoa/Carvoeiro and Vilamoura, a team that assists in six languages, and has been recognised not only by the International Property Awards but also the Luxury Lifestyle Awards multiple times.

None of this would have been possible without the people on the other side of the table: the clients who entrusted us with one of the most important decisions of their lives, and the sellers who allowed us to represent their homes. Twenty years on, we wanted to thank you all by spending an evening together in the only place that made sense: at our office in Lagoa, Exclusive Algarve Villas’ very first office.

Throughout our 20th-anniversary commemoration, you can expect a live DJ set, fine catering, exclusive drinks and plenty of time to catch up and celebrate the achievements we’ve made together over the years.
