Algarve Real Estate 2025 Highlights: Record Sales, Happy Clients, and What’s Coming in 2026

What a year 2025 has been! Even with its multiple ups and downs, we’ve managed to have the best year ever in terms of volume of sales. We would like to thank our clients and team for their trust, commitment and collaboration that have made this all possible!

We’ve shared many new exciting moments and new experiences with new buyers and sellers this year. Great memories that will remain with us throughout the upcoming years.

The Algarve remains a favorite place for many, and we have even seen younger families making the permanent move to the sunny South of Portugal. Many buyers are still from the UK, DE, NL, BE and Scandinavian countries, but we have also seen an increase in USA buyers.

Prices have remained fairly stable and opportunities are still to be found!

2026 will bring some exciting projects for Exclusive Algarve Villas. As a brief teaser, we are preparing to launch our new website (which will be announced soon...), it is our 20th anniversary, we’re looking to extend our team in both Lagoa and Vilamoura ...and more news to come....!
